Misty Lidge with Arkansas Rehabilitation will be here Monday, January 8th.
Seniors who have any type of disability that is doctor diagnosed and it might affect their college attendance. Here are a few things: asthma, diabetes, any physical disabilities, head trauma, kidney disease, educational disabilities, heart disease, the list goes on.........IT MUST BE DR. DIAGNOSED AND THEY HAVE TO BRING THE PAPERWORK STATING THE DISABLITY.
If THE STUDENT IS 18 HE/SHE CAN SEE MRS. LIDGE WITHOUT A PARENT--IF NOT A PARENT HAS TO BE PRESENT.
The students will have to have State ID, SOCIAL, Parent’s 2016 Tax Information, and any medical records stating their functional limitation. Also if the students have applied for FAFSA and/or taken the ACT. I will need proof of that.
SHE WILL BE HERE AT 10 AND APPOINTMENTS TAKE 30 MINUTES--COME TO MRS. HILL'S OFFICE TO SIGN UP. Please come to the office early and let us make copies—she doesn’t want your original copies.
